See title. Applying both AOA and ACGME but I can't find any good data on how many interviews is necessarily "good."

Look at Charting Outcomes ortho table with number of ranks and percentage of matching, figure out what you consider an acceptable percentage.

In general most people you talk to will say 12, since that's the ~90% mark.
