2 part question:
1 How many LOR's should you include with your aadsas application?
and
2 Who would be the best sources of those letters? (i.e. (ex) one from science prof, one from employer, one from researcher, and one from a non-science prof.)

Some schools, such as Creighton, require a LOR from a liberal arts professor in addition to the ones from science professors. AADSAS will send out all of your LOR's (they don't have a maximum, despite what they have published, and this was confirmed to me over the phone by one of their staff members), so I recommend that you have one from a biology professor, one from a chemistry professor, a liberal professor, and a dentist. Having those should cover your bases and provide a good glimpse of you, the applicant, from different angles. If an adcom is seriously interested in you then they will appreciate the additional viewpoints. Best of luck!
I called Creighton about the liberal arts prof recommendation because I graduated two years ago and didn't take any non-science classes my last two years of college so really had no chance of getting that rec.
The lady I spoke to told me that all they needed was three letters, so I sent two science prof. letters and one boss rec and they accepted me.
so don't fret if there is no liberal art prof to recommend you.
