I took Step 2 about a month after finishing family medicine and medicine. I used World in tutor mode one time through and read Crush Step 2 a couple of times. I felt way more comfortable with this test. I didn't have a great pre-med science background and it caught up with me on Step 1.
One thing I noticed is that Step 2 is not trying to trick you. On tough questions, I basically went with answers that I thought most people would answer.
