In Med school almost all of my classmates learn in order to get good grades and I'm not debating the importance of that, but I would like to know the importance of knowing these things in the future.
My father is a cardiologist and he told me that he barely uses any Biochemistry and Biophysics is totally out of question.
On the other hand, there are people who say that we will use these things, otherwise we aren't going to be the best doctors.
So I'm quite confused about it : do we or do we not need to know them ?
