I was 3Q last year and 4Q this year. I actually did study for it (the day before) and noticed an improvement in my score when I looked directly into the camera
Anyways, how much of a boost does it provide? I have decent stats, and I wonder if that boosts an applicant’s profile (I understand a low casper doesn’t necessarily hurt / exclude one from anything).
