How much do programs value comlex if you've done step?

My step scores are decent.. low 240s/high 240s step 1/2.

My comlex level 1 was 662. Level 2 fell to 619. Will this be a big factor at programs?

If you have USMLE, this is what we use. No sense comparing apples to oranges when we have apples to apples. Besides, only rarely does someone good apples and bad oranges or visa versa.
