How much does 2nd level Orchem help people do good on MCAT??

I only have taken the 1st level of organic chemistry. If taking the 2nd level orchem will help me prepared for the MCAT organic chemistry better, I intend to take it in this semester, and if not, I want to take it in next semester. The reason that I want to take it next semester is that I already have a heavy load of courses. Can you guys help me decide this? Thanks.
