I've been professional graphic designer for 8yrs and decided to try for Dentistry.
So started taking Pre-dental courses as non-matriculated student since last summer.

Gen Chem = A, A
Org Chem = A-, B+
Cell Biology = A
Physics = A-
Physics Lab = A

But...

Physiology = C
and two 'Resigned' classes.

I'm thinking about retaking the course, but I'm processing my application now.

How much would it hurt in revewing my application?

Solid grades.
The C is alone, rest is A's and a B+. Resign is the same as withdrawn which are called "W's."
Together they aren't great, but I think you are fine.

I don't think it will matter at all. You got an A in cell biology, which in my opinion, is harder than physiology. You've shown you can understand higher level material with the cell bio class anyway. The two resigned classes won't matter. If you have like 6 or 7, yeah they'll raise an eyebrow to it. You are good to go.
