was dealing with some personal issue for the last year but really thats just an excuse it seems to me since @#!$ happens to everyone

I had 4.0 my first 2 yrs of undergrad and finished with a 3.4. I never heard about it. I should also add that the pre reqs were mainly A's but I got C's in a unrelated courses such as business type classes that were used to fill my schedule and get a minor. Point is, as long as your gpa isn't flat out low, the fluctuating trend won't hurt much

Yea no worries there...this is not a legitimate concern

Thats not tooooo bad.

If the interviewers ask, just say "I was going through a tough time, and I managed to work my way through it" and leave it at that. Simple and sweet.

You will be good if you were able to pull off two year of a perfect 4.0 This is assuming you were taking a full load of course lol

I think you are fine, don't worry too much about it.

It also depends on not just cGPA but also sGPA, BCP GPA so if you have those around the rage of 3.5s then no problem.
