Nothing she says seems to be censored - she seems to have free reign on anything and say what she likes, whether it be about medical students, Americans whatever. This is good moderating indeed..... and very impartial too.

Who the hell cares. It's not the end of the world if some bored kid posts nonsense, just ignore it for god's sake. The world is full of irritating, annoying, stupid people, and you can't avoid all of them.
