Does anyone know how long it usually takes for school to send an invite for an interview or a rejection letter for an interveiw after all secondary application materials are sent out?

It really depends on the school. It can go from few weeks to months.

Yep. Depends on the school, but also depends on the quality of your app. Stronger app usually = faster turnaround. However, some schools start interviewing early like LECOM and TUCOM and others like Ohio start the process later after receiving more apps. At least thats how I understand it.

...and the quickest turnaround for me was 3 days, the longest 4 months.
