HOW MUCH NEURO on STEP 2 USMLE

Has anyone seen alot of neurology on the USMLE Step 2? How much time should I invest on average, has anyone seen a neuro heavy test? What about OB-GYN? Thanks

Minimal Neuro. Alot of OB/GYN. At least on my exam back in 8/05.

Fair amount of neuro: lots of headaches some localizing the lesion and identifying the nerve/muscle affected. Some neuromuscular disease identification/treatment. There wasn't much ob-gyn on mine (4/10/06), mainly pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, delivery management (decels, hemorrhage).

Fair amount of neuro on mine too, headaches, visual field cut problems, Lambert Eaton Myasthenic syndrome questions, strokes-localize the lesion, GBS vignette, etc.
