But seriously, not sure how exactly you'd measure this, especially with such a broad question. Experience will give you an edge if everything else is equal (as vaughn mentioned), but it will also make getting good LoRs & writing a great personal statement a lot easier. You'll have something to talk about both in the statement and at the interview.
