I'm taking advanced cell & molecular biology in the spring, and I was wondering what I should study to keep my knowledge sharp. Most definitely cell signaling.

There is a list of topics covered by the MCAT on the AAMC website. You could also pickup review books (Kaplan, PR) and note the things that they cover. Generally the review books will include every detail you will need to do well on the exam, so I wouldn't focus on material that isn't in the review books.

However if you're just trying to keep it for your general knowledge, obviously you can study whatever you want. Keep the notes (digitize them if they're on paper) so you have them for future reference.

For doing advanced course in cell and molecular biology, it’s important to have a fair good idea about genetics, physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology. You need to understand mutations and its use in the study of molecular function.Be thorough with the topics like structure, function and interaction of cellular components.
.If specifically you want the requirements of cell signaling then focus on signal transduction, gene transcription and cellular endocrinology

Wish you all the best for your course. Do reply if .. you need ..any more information.

Are you talking about pre-studying? I guess this would depend on how long ago you did general biology and how much you have retained from it. If you feel that you need to prepare then I would go over some old notes.
