how much physics?

I know virtually nothing about radiology, but I'm curious how much physics the specialty involve? Do you really have to be inclined at physics/math to do well in this specialty? Just curious...

I read a response to this question a while back, and the guy said something on the order of "I came from a liberal arts background in undergrad, and I had no problems with the physics portions of my residency/boards."
