How much research is enough?

Current M2 soon to be M3 next month interested in Neurology and am wondering if I'm doing enough to match. Not looking at big ivory towers, just a place with solid training with the possibility of going into fellowship. Currently have a neuroscience pub from undergrad and a poster from a psych project+ manuscript that is under review rn. I'm trying to get 2-3 neurology research projects going but it's really moving at a slow pace so I'm not sure if I'll be able to produce something during M3 year before I have to fill out ERAS. Any advice to make me a more competitive applicant, asides from doing well during clinicals and Step 2. US MD student btw. Thanks in advance
