How much shadowing do I need?

Hey guys, I am looking to apply this year and just wondering how much shadowing should I have? During undergrad I had to complete volunteer hours in a field I was interested in (I was a Health Science major). So I chose a Dental clinic and volunteered/shadowed there for 100 hours. After graduating I also shadowed at a huge private practice with many dental specialties for about 50 hours. How much more do I need to make my application look better?

100hrs is plenty. There is not much more you can learn just by shadowing any more than that.....Go work on other parts of your app.....you're set in the shadowing area!

Looks great. Do you have a single dentist that can right a LoR vouching for at least 50? Other than that, you're set. Work on other parts of your app.

Thanks guys. I was actually going to mention how it doesn't seem like there is anything else for me to learn, everything seems routine now lol. Yes, I am friends with the owners of the dental practice and she will write me a great letter of recommendation.

Anywhere between 50 to 100 hours is fine.
