Anywhere from 0 - 8hrs.

I volunteer at the fire station twice a week, which is where the occasional 0hrs comes from. My usual to feel refreshed the next day is 6hrs, but 8hrs will take me back to 100%. I used to be pretty flippant about getting to bed on time, but within the past year I have been much more diligent; so much efficiency is lost after a certain point.

My main problem now is just staying asleep; I find myself waking up multiple times a night, usually around every ~2hrs. Not fun.

I also try to refrain from coffee unless I REALLY need it.

6-8 hours. more on the weekends. 😀

better get the most of it while i can.

I get less than 6 hours a weeknight. I usually can't sleep more than 7 hours a night on weekends. I sleep late because of a social obligation that runs until midnight 2-3 nights a week and I go to work early to avoid rush hour traffic. I hates traffic. 🙁 I'm not taking any classes atm, so this is ok. 😀

“Oh, there ain’t no rest for the wicked,
Money don’t grow on trees.
I got bills to pay,
I got mouths to feed,
There ain’t nothing in this world for free.
I know I can’t slow down,
I can’t hold back,
Though you know, I wish I could.
Oh no there ain’t no rest for the wicked,
Until we close our eyes for good.”

aaahhhh rush hour traffic. i'm almost numb to my 45 mile one-way commute... hence, i get to work by 6am. we gotta outsmart the traffic!

My commute to get to work at 7 is 45 minutes. If I leave any time after 4, it's over an hour to get home. +pity+

Driving in the city would be nicer if I didn't drive a manual. Looking to remedy that in the next few weeks.

we all seem to be juggling so much here - full-time jobs, post-baccs, MCAT prep, volunteer work, kids/spouse.

how much sleep do you get, on average?

for me, it's about 6-7 hours depending on what i have to do that night.

i find that if i get TOO much sleep (nine hours or more, like on a weekend) im actually more tired than i am with just six.

It depends. I have a lot of beer that needs to be drank and sometimes I need to stay up late in order to get that taken care of. Of course, sometimes that means I need to sleep in late to recover.

On average, I'd say about 5 hours. 5 hours when there is beer involved and....well...yeah, 5 hours works.
