I took my OAT today and got a 340 AA and a 340 TS but I got 3 310's in the subjects. Will this affect my chances of getting accepted very much?

No. Those are great scores (AA/TS)! Apply early and you should get several interviews.

320 is the average, so 340 is pretty good. unless your below300 in the subjects you are fine

So wait, how detrimental is a score below 300? I was under the impression that a single section score below 300 wasn't too bad and wouldn't hurt my chances. Anybody else know about this?

Schools may ask you to retake the OAT if you get below 300.The applies mainly to the top schools. But really you should be able to get 300 or over in every section.
