How often does AADSAS send LOR reminder emails?

I was wondering if they just send one when you submit your professor's info or do they do it once a week/once a month or something like that?

I reallyyyyyy don't want to keep bugging my professor so I was hoping AADSAS would contribute a little too? 🙁

I get that if you delete them and then re-add them, they will get another email to upload the LOR. But what if the professor upload your LOR to the first email that was sent to him (the email that came from what you deleted), Would the LOR still go to your application?

I don't really know for sure but if I saw a new email, I'd use the most recent link.
