How often does aadsas send out the applications to schools?

and if you submit your application, and you decided (weeks later) to add couple more schools, how long does that take for the new schools to get ur application?

Every Friday.

They only send out about 450 per week. So if its all full for three weeks, then you get in the next available. But usually it gets sent 2 weeks from the date you added more schools. At least for me it did.
