Ok, im 17 years old and i need a job, my mom is giving 200 dollors for christmas which im going to save for a used car, but thats not even close to enough money, my mom says i have to get a job to get a car, i dont mind getting one i just want a something thats in the medical fields, i know i have to be 18 to work at the hospital but can i work at a hospital at my age? i would work there cleaning and such.

Hospitals usually take high school students as volunteers.

My recommendation? It doesn't matter where you work during high school, unless you plan on working there throughout college. Getting medical experience is nice, but it's kind of pointless at this stage. Besides, fast food places and such are usually a lot better about catering to the schedules of high school students, whereas a hospital job will probably oriented towards people who are living off of that income.

McDonald's is perpetually hiring. Go for it!
