how should i shrink everything in 175 characters?

hope most of u guys r finished with ur aadsas application. I am doing mine now and have a question about brief 175 character description part of dental experience.
its kinda hard for me to fit the description of my dental experience in 175 characters.........including spaces....
Can I just simply list the activities or do I have to write the sentences?
does anyone have any tip for that?

list, definitely. you should talk about some of your experiences in your PS.
