How similar are Chad's Quizzes to DAT?

If you do Chad's videos and questions then you will be set. Chad covers everything that is on the test and he words it just how the test makers word it. The only thing that I would advise is that you go over lab stuff if you haven't had a general chemistry lab in awhile. A few days before the test I would just go through his quizzes as much as possible, and then focus on the few sections I was weakest on.

I scored a 30 on the chem, I only had to guess 2 which were both lab related questions. So using just chad's + lab review from any other source and I think you'll be good to go. I literally didn't use anything but, chad's videos.

I'll add that I think Destroyer helped me more intimately know my way around chemistry and added confidence on test day when I did run into a tougher problem or two. But I believe Chad's alone, if you can do 100% on his quizzes, will get you a 22 at least.
