How similar are the application services?

Title says it all, how similar are the application services for md and do? I got through AMCAS and submitted/verified, but I think I also want to apply to some DO schools. Is this going to be as easy as copy/paste in regards to activity summaries, most meaningful expeirences, personal statement, etc?
