How soon after writing step 2cs can one book a date for step 3

I am just starting PGY2 in Canada in rads, I wrote step 1 and 2CK back in med school, but planned on writing step 2CS along with the LMCC part 2 this fall.

I was just wondering how soon after writing this exam could one book to write step 3, assuming time to receive the score / arrange licensing with one of the states to setup for step 3.

I figure I should try and do this before I'm too far out from clinical work, so the sooner the better.

Any ideas?
