How soon can you retake Step 2 CS?

I can't find a clear answer to this on their website and I'm worried that I failed. Thanks!

hey,

ease your mind. you probably did NOT fail. everyone comes out that exam feeling like they failed because you catch your mistakes after you get out. However, I think if you were nice, remembered to watch your hands and did somewhat decent... you probably passed.

As far as how soon you can take it, I'm not sure about that. Check the USMLE website. But seriously, don't worry about that until you get your results and you will be surprisingly pleased. 🙂

Thanks for the encouragement and I hope you're right. The main reason I'm worried is that I didn't even know we had to post a passing score in order to graduate. I thought we only had to pass CK and sit for CS by february 1st. According to the reporting schedule, I apparently won't even know if I'm going to be allowed to walk until 2 weeks before our graduation date. Now I feel like I can't even send out cards to family and friends. Anyway sorry for rambling and thanks again.

Yeah to second the previous poster, don't worry so much as you likely passed. You have to be like a beautiful mind socially inept to fail.
