is this correct?
For carbohydrates, glucose is absorbed into enterocytes via active transport. Fructose is via facilitated diffusion
For amino acids & fats, its facilitated diffusion.
On a related note, glucose absorption in body is always facilitated diffusion EXCEPT in 2 places: enterocytes and renal tubules?
Any other bits of information anyone would like to share?
