Can some one explain to me why urination frequency and urine production increase during stress or anexity or fear?

In my understanding, during stress sympthatic innervation cause the opposite

Increased stress = Increased catecholamines = increased SV/CO = Increased Glom' filter flow = more pee!!!

What you are talking about is the muscular innervation to the bladder/sphincter. I also have a sticking feeling that there is something to do with the afferent stimulation back to the brain or how you choose to manage that information during times of stress. This can be seen when one drinks too much coffee, as there is a subjective sense of need to urinate more frequently even though volumes do not increase by the same rate. Very possible that stress inhibits ADH much like caffeine also.
