How to apply summer clerkship on CZ?

im currently studying medicine in PL. im going to 3rd yr , and i have to do clerkship during 2011's summer .

does anyone know how to do it ?

You just have to get in touch with either the international affairs department or with the respective prof. in charge of clerkships.
