How to apply to WICHE schools

I just found out what WICHE schools are. I was wondering how to take advantage of that opportunity and how I have to apply. Do I need to do anything different or additional? Do I wait until I am accepted to a WICHE school to apply for tuition stuff etc?

Call the WICHE state office and ask for an application, they'll mail you one.

That is the website of the "certifying officers" for the WICHE program. I don't remember when the start of the application proces is, but like someone else mentioned, it ends in Oct. You can ask them and they'll be able to help you. Good luck!
