How to approach usmle RX correct questions

Hi guys, I am doing now the USMLE RX and a sometimes I have questions that I can solve w/o to much of an effort, should I still read their explanation to the correct answer?

-it seems like the answer will give me an extra information here and there, though not all the time.
-taking into consideration that we have such a specific amount of time(doing it while IMG in his 4th year).

50% is low for Rx... You should up your game and bring that up to 60%+... Are you on your dedicated time? How much time you have left? I would advise to start doing Uworld asap?

Rx does not give extra info in their explanations that much... You should read the ones you got wrong and the ones you guess on IMO... On the other hand, Uworld explanations are gold.

50% is low for Rx... You should up your game and bring that up to 60%+... Are you on your dedicated time? How much time you have left? I would advise to start doing Uworld asap?

Dedicated starts in 5 weeks. 10 weeks to exam date. (I'm an Australian Med student).

I can get 60% on a question block if I'm having a good day and if I check only the boxes for material I have reviewed in the past 2 weeks. Planning on doing UW qbank in the 5 week dedicated period
