How to buff up CV after preclinicals

What's the best way to buff up CV after preclinicals are over? I know I have screwed up for not doing anything year 1 and 2 - I don't have any research or leadership positions. I have just recently finished preclinicals and received all honors. I want to try to get AOA if there is a slight chance.

All suggestions (or criticism) welcomed.
