how to buy dental loupes ?

can anyone suggest me how to buy dental loupes? I mean I have shortsighted vision although i use contact lenses, but how should i choose dental loupes? Which ones are easy to get adapt to? also not very expensive... Suggestions required!!! It would be good if anyone can paste the link of webiste from where i can buy as well.

Try the search option; loupes have been beaten to death here. There are lots of threads talking about brands/preferences etc.
 
First decide the magnification. 2.5x is the norm, however 3.0 and 3.5x are better.

I personally wear 4.0x loupes which I think are amazing. It gives you enough clarity to do any procedure from a filling to endo. I also have 2.5x but never wear them.

Next decide if you want flips or embedded. I wear flips. I like to switch from magnification to no-mag to assess my field of vision.

In my opinion the best company for loupes is Zeiss. The clarity of their prisms is by far the best. Loupes are a lifetime investment, so get the best. Other brands that are good are Designs for visions and Orascoptic.
