that depends on you.what would you like in a medical school? When you interviewed, what kind of feeling did you get? I based my decision on reputation and location. others factors people usually consider are cost, quality of faculty, friendliness of students, curriculum, faciliities, board pass rate, etc. You can do a search on this forum to get more opinion or compare schools. Almost every school have been evaluated by some SDNer.

Location - where do you want to spend the next 4 years of your life?
Class Schedule - When are the classes and how long do they last? Do you have time off between blocks, summer time off? Etc..
Staff - do you like them? Are they helpful?
Cost - cost of the school but also the cost of living in the city where the school is located
