New to this forum, so I have all kinds of stuff to post about! Hope I'm not wearing out my welcome.
I am trying to stay ahead of the work in school, so I find myself trying to identify a dissertation topic or two. While I have ideas, I'm not sure how to find out if they have already been done. I have run cursory literature searches with no specific ideas close to those I have. Is there some specific strategy I can use? Or is it simply ask the question, research it, polish it, ask it again?
Any suggestions you may have about how to select a topic are welcome!
