I am surprised that no one can give me any advice. I am a pgy 3 IM african- american male resident. I resigned from my program and I need to find another program. My program director will not assist me. I will say from the very beginning that all reviews of me have been excellent, some even outstanding, my biggest problem was myself, professionalism (communicating with colleagues, etc) I was 1 of 3 AA in a very large metropolitan institution. I don't know how to go about getting into another program and I am hoping to get some direction and information for anyone reading this post. I would love to get a position at Howard, Moorehouse or Meharry, but I am a fish out of water. If you can help or advise please do so. Thanks
