I am just wondering if some medical schools might be harder. Like if schools don't leave enough study time or have all mediatory classes.
If you are better at learning on your own then you might be more successful at a school that doesn't have mandatory attendance.Yah probably. Different places are different. Some places have frequent exams, others don't. Some places have lots of free time, others don't. Some places have all NBME style exams, others don't even use multiple choice. Some do a crash course of Anatomy, others spread it out.
Does it matter?
Picking a school that's a good fit for you and your learning style has ALWAYS mattered, everyone agrees on that.If you are better at learning on your own then you might be more successful at a school that doesn't have mandatory attendance. And yes that matters.
Maybe I could have worded the question better. I did say underneath about classes being mandatory and time for study. How would you go about finding out how they structure their curriculum?Picking a school that's a good fit for you and your learning style has ALWAYS mattered, everyone agrees on that.
That's not the same thing as labelling medical schools as easier or harder than each other overall.
Interviews are for BOTH parties!Maybe I could have worded the question better. I did say underneath about classes being mandatory and time for study. How would you go about finding out how they structure their curriculum?
