How to get a job

I'm trying to get a job with anything related to Dentistry but everywhere I look requires some sort of experience. I have no experience and I want to gain it working at a Dental lab or office. I'm told this could greatly help with dental school. Any suggestions on what I can do? Any connections with anyone😀 and help me pull some strings. I live in the Central NJ area. Thanks!
