How to get a pass mark in USMLE

Hello doctors
I'm not american , graduated since 5 years , would like to do residency in nuclear medicine
in USA , as you know nuclear medicine requires just a pass mark in USMLE .

I'm asking here about the required time for study and preparation to get a pass mark in USMLE , ( long time since graduation, 5 years )
