how to get help from crack dat

i want to know how to get help from crack dat.

i bought crack dat bundle package a few weeks ago. but the day before yesterday, my hard drive is dead, i have to order another hard drive to replace and reinstall the system.
then my crack dat bundle package is not work any more.
i called crack dat, and send a few emails to them to requested reissue the license or revalidate my license. but i never receive any response from them.

i have followed instruction to email them the receipt of hard drive i bought.

can someone give me suggestion how to get help from crack dat. i am studying the dat, i need this work asap.

If I were you I would just keep calling and e-mailing them until you receive an answer.

If you figure out how to contact them, let me know. I haven't had any luck yet via email. I need to switch the computer that my copy is on as well.

the same thing happened to me months ago. visit their website and sometimes there's this option to chat with them for help. your other option is to e-mail them. they to check those, but if your test day is coming up, then make sure you let them know that in the subject line and they'll get back to you faster. good luck!
