Hello all,

So far I haven't heard from any schools and got rejected by two. 🙁 now I am looking for plan B. I am still very interested in dentistry and I am determined to get into dentistry no matter how long it takes.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get into ANY post-back programs? Do we apply and how? Or do we just get approached by schools that we applied to? How does it work?

Also if there's any suggestions on what I should do for a year after I graduate from the university while I am waiting for my application to process?

Any help is much appreciated.

It's post-bac... as in baccalaureate...

But anyway, I would (and did) just take upper-level undergrad science courses at your local state school. If you're a senior now, try to get some classes under your belt next summer -- that, coupled with your outstanding performance now and in the spring will give you a nice little gpa injection. Otherwise, if you have a lot of ground to make up consider applying to a post-bac (PLENTY of talk on SDN -- pre-med = pre-dent fyi) or a master's program.
