Took another CDP test last night and missed almost half the angles. I got a 20 on the test and I'm strong in every other section. It's these damn angles that are preventing me from getting into the top percentile.

I've tried every method that seems to be out there (laptop, hill, laser, and condogs rapid-eye thing) but to no avail. How do people improve on angles?

I've shown significant improvement on all the sections that I was previously weak on but angle ranking is really holding me back from getting a competitive score. What can I do to improve it?

Quickly identify the judgement call.

What i'm saying is look for the two that are closest in angle. (dont rank them). Then look at which ones are the largest or smallest. Based on this info eliminate the options are incorrect. Then rank those two angles that are close together.

that is what i'm doing... but to honest... the first time I did it I got 100% on the angle part of CDP. Sometimes I have to make a judgement but I can tell by just looking at them.

IMO, angles are instincts/natural ability to detect the correct order.

I remember no matter how hard I tried, I never improved past 50% correct on CDP. I just gave up and worked on other areas.

By the way, don't waste too much time on PAT, if your already touching 20s on CDP, your probably ready for the DAT. You don't need a monstrous PAT score to be competitive especially since this section doesn't get counted into the AA.

ditto. i feel like i need glasses after i do angles...literally. i went to the optometrist & they told me i dont need glasses but im probably starring at something for too long & its straining my eyes.........
fml. i gave up. eff angles. just compensate & do better on the other sections.

I spent at least 5x more time working on angles than any other section in the PAT, and I did not have much improvement at all. Eventually I just gave up. Kind of depressing, just having that feeling that something is completely out of your hands...
