Are you looking private or academic or both? If you are a third year, then now is a good time. Credentialling and licensing take forever so best to get it done with early. Peds jobs has some listings, as does Indeed. Pediatrix has its own listings.

If there's somewhere in specific you have in mind, you can contact department heads or partners directly. Sometimes people aren't officially hiring, but will be willing to take on someone new.
