I plan on taking biochemistry in the Fall (thank you to those schools who decided to add that as a requirement after I already graduated).

It is not yet listed on my transcript, so how do I note on my application that I plan on taking it?

Can I just insert it into the coursework section of my application as a "planned course" despite the fact that it's not actually listed on my transcript yet?

Yes. And if you did register for fall courses already I think it may be listed on your transcript.

It doesn't have to be listed on your transcript, its planned and plans may change.
Hey do most schools require all pre-reqs to be completed by the time of application or can you say I completed most of them and plan on taking biochemistry after application or during senior year.

Not all pre-reqs have to be completed by the time of the application. That's what the planned coursework section is for (whether the planned courses are listed on your transcript or not). As long as all the pre-reqs are in by the spring semester prior to matriculation, you're good.
