How to organize work/volunteer experience in online application?

Hi every one,

Is any one familiar with how to enter work and volunteer experience in the online application? Are we writing a long paragraph about work experience etc or is it a list? (First round applicant any help is appreciated)

you need your supervisor name, name of organization, total hours (I think aadsas will change it to hrs/week this cycle), paid/volunteering and start/end date, and 175 character limit on "detailed" explanation. I was advised to put description in complete sentences instead of bullet point fragments due to format and ease of reading by career center and my pre-med frat.

What exactly would define a supervisor? It is the person responsible for the activity? Just wondering because I've done a few community services where the supervisor is a student. I assume that's OK... 😕
