How to prepare for California Bench?

With this year the last for California bench, my wife will have only one chance to pass it. We appreciate any info.

1) what is the passing rate?
2) how to prepare?
3) what materials/equipments do we need to buy?
4) what to look out for during the exam?
5) how much time is needed for preparing the exam?
6) which bench prep class is good? So far I am only aware of the one by UCLA and Duggan's.
