how do you guys prepare for interviews besides looking up school websites, reviewing applications, and reading personal statements over and over?
 
Have you checked out the interview feedback link on the top of this site? Read through that for your school.

Yes I did. But how do you learn about each school to answer why I want to go to this specific school? you just memorize information from websites?
