40mg per PEG tube daily. Everything I read says it's only stable in bicarbonate for 4-24 hours. How am I supposed to compound this in a retail setting?

haha, pwned. Yah prevacid IV's been discontinued for some time. Even when it was around, nobody used it.

We used to use the Prevacid IV when I was an intern. We then switched to Nexium, and then Protonix. I assumed it was a contract thing, not a discontinued thing, My bad!
