40mg per PEG tube daily. Everything I read says it's only stable in bicarbonate for 4-24 hours. How am I supposed to compound this in a retail setting?
Wrong. Nexium is IV, too.Protonix comes in many dosage forms, granules included. Also the only one available IV.

you may want to check again...and try using a resource developed for pharmacists.
It is not in Lexi-comp and it is not on the manufacturer's website. It is not even in the package insert. Show me a reference that indicates this formulation exist.

I don't work for Takeda. Ask them.
Just to show your lack of practical experiences. Manufacturer's website always has the most up-to-date package insert. Easy questions like formulation can be found in the package insert.
I show you that you are wrong and you make a personal attack against my "lack of practical experiences"? You pompous ****ing ass. You have no clue who I am or what I've done.
ClinPharm is updated DAILY. This includes available formulations. Here's the NDC: 00300-3954-25
Order some and go **** yourself!
(and nanaface...I will take another probation...thanks, it was worth it)

I can't take much credit. I am just pointing out the oblivious.
LOL...crafty.
I do to.
You are off to a good start by misspelling "too". Just pointing out the oblivious.
Isn't the phrase, "pointing out the obvious" and not "pointing out the oblivious"?
Just curious
I stand corrected, but my feelings regarding your comments remain.
