How to Request USMLE transcripts

I did not save a copy of my step 1/2 score report and I am out of the window to download it from the site. I cant figure out the fastest way to request my score. Has anyone had to do this recently? This is the site I found but it is a paper request and it costs $65 + $25 if you need it rushed, way too exorbitant a fee if you ask me. http://www.fsmb.org/ebahr.html. I need the report somewhat stat! thank you
